Assignment Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of a new contact center and telecom platform
- Coordinate business, technical stakeholders, and external vendors
- Plan and manage transition from current platform to new consolidated solution
- Ensure structured governance, risk management, and delivery control
- Conduct and lead presentations and workshops for both business and technical audiences
- Support operational alignment between contact center operations and telecom services
- Drive stakeholder engagement across a large enterprise environment
What You Bring
- Senior-level project management experience (Competence Level 4)
- Documented operational experience with contact center solutions within the last five years in an organization with at least 3,000 end users
- Documented experience with operator services (network services, mobile subscriptions, mobile devices as a service) in large organizations
- Experience working with Workforce Management (WFM) systems
- Experience implementing, managing, or integrating booking or scheduling systems (or similar business support systems)
- Proven ability to independently plan and lead presentations and workshops for diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate in complex enterprise environments
