CRM Channel Specialist

The CRM Channel Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring the strategic alignment of CRM campaigns and customer communication journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-car channels. This role works closely with local market teams to deliver coherent, timely, and customer-centric messaging using a CRM platform (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365).

You will play a key role in ensuring CRM campaigns are strategically aligned with overall marketing and customer experience objectives, while continuously improving processes, governance, and platform performance.

The position is a temporary assignment with a duration of 12 months.

What you'll do

  • Organize and prioritize incoming CRM communication requests from multiple stakeholders

  • Plan, build, and manage CRM campaigns and end-to-end customer communication journeys

  • Oversee and validate campaigns prior to launch to ensure quality and strategic alignment

  • Align on campaign objectives and key performance targets

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst on performance reporting

  • Support decentralized teams by overseeing platform governance and best practices

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to support CRM platform and process improvements

  • Drive innovation and performance within the CRM function

What you should have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing roles

  • Proven expertise in omnichannel communication journey planning

  • Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)

  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skill
