About the Role

You will join a cross‑functional DevOps team developing and operating the next‑generation Service Hub — a modern workshop support system for Husqvarna’s partner network. Service Hub enables firmware updates, troubleshooting, spare parts ordering, and more for our dealers worldwide.

Your responsibilities:

• Translate Product Management input into concrete technical solutions that deliver customer value.
• Lead technical investigations and ensure thorough system documentation.
• Drive Product Discovery to explore new opportunities.
• Secure end‑to‑end solutions that are feasible, high‑quality, and seamlessly integrated.
• Contribute to architecture forums and long‑term planning discussions.

Your Profile

We are looking for a System Engineer with:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of software development and interest in requirement analysis, product discovery, and system design.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering (or equivalent).

You are:

• Target‑oriented, analytical, meticulous, and communicative.
• Skilled at understanding customer needs and describing them from a technical perspective.
• Curious, open, and eager to learn new technologies with your colleagues.
• Passionate about software development, with a growth mindset and endless curiosity.
• A team player with strong collaboration skills — and a healthy sense of humor!

Since we are an international department, you express yourself effortlessly in English.

Location

Our R&D offices are in Huskvarna, Sweden and Mumbai, India. This position is primarily based in Huskvarna, with the option to work partly remote.
