We are looking for a Factory Controller for a company in Västerås. Start is in March, 6-month limited contract to begin with.

The client is looking for an experienced Factory Controller to support our manufacturing operations in Västerås during an ongoing permanent recruitment.

You will play an important role in ensuring strong financial control and performance in the current factory, while at the same time supporting the transition towards a new Campus.

Scope:

• Operational factory controlling and financial follow‑up

• Cost control, productivity target support, variance analysis, product costing, and inventory follow‑up

• Business partnering with factory management and key stakeholders

• Strong involvement in continuous improvement, including target setting and performance follow‑up

• Support in monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes

• Contributing to financial stability and structure during the transition towards the new Campus

Profile:

Solid experience as Factory Controller / Operations Controller within manufacturing

Hands‑on, structured, and comfortable working in a changing and developing environment

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

This role requires fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time consultant position in Västerås through Incluso. Start is in March, 6-month limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Västerås.
