Are you studying engineering or materials science and interested in laboratory testing and product development? Mölnlycke is now looking for 2 Summer Workers – Laboratory Assistant (Physical Testing) to support our Wound Care R&D laboratory at the Gothenburg headquarters.

Position: Summer Worker – Laboratory Assistant (Physical Testing)

Location: Gothenburg HQ

Job type / duration: Summer job for approximately 8–10 weeks, during June–August 2026

Your role

As a Summer Worker in the R&D laboratory, you will support physical testing activities by executing test methods, collecting accurate data, and contributing to ongoing development projects. You will work closely with R&D colleagues in a structured laboratory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute test methods and deliver accurate laboratory data
• Plan and perform tests according to agreed plans
• Support project work by executing assigned laboratory tasks

Who you are

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering, material science, biomedical engineering, or a related field
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Structured, detail-oriented, and interested in laboratory-based work
