Sales & Recruitment Specialist (French)

Unique opportunity for native French-speakers in Skåne

Allakando is one of Sweden’s largest education companies and the fastest growing company for private tutoring, courses and digital educational tools. Our mission is to accelerate people's growth - academically as well as personally - and our learning solution is a blend between classic in-person tutoring and online learning tools.

We are now expanding Allakando to France, under the brand names Ikando and Top Soutien Scolaire. We are already growing fast in France, and we are now expanding our native French-speaking team in Lund.

Our office is situated on the entire second floor of Lund’s station building, which is an ideal location wherever you live in Skåne.

About the role

You will manage both sales, engaging with families, and recruitment, focusing on hiring and managing coaches. Previous experience within these areas is meriting, but it’s not a requirement.

We are looking for people who share our high ambition and want to work at a fast pace while also delivering high quality. You get energy from speaking to others and you find it easy to connect with people. You enjoy competition and take pride in achieving success with your team.

Our French team is still small, so you will have the opportunity to do a lot of things around your core role as well.
