Your role as a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative

Become the face of our client – an international company within the fashion industry with a focus on quality and customer service. In this role, you will:

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by handling queries regarding online orders, deliveries, and returns in a timely and accurate way;

• Communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email, chat, and social media;

• Handle written inquiries in Norwegian and contribute to the team's success by sharing knowledge with colleagues.

• Opening hours: Monday– Friday 08: 00–18:00, Saturdays 09: 00–15:00 (shifts are scheduled within these hours). Sundays closed.


Who are you?

To be successful in this role, we see that the following matches your profile:

• Fluent in Danish (speaking and writing, native level or C1) and a good understanding of written Norwegian

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities such as empathy and listening;

• You have strong technical aptitude and find it easy to learn new systems and digital tools

• You absorb information quickly and adapt easily to changing circumstances

• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience – you believe the customer deserves more than just support.


In order to work from home, you will need to have:

• A stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps (fiber/cable).

• A quiet and suitable working environment at home.
