This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll own your pipeline, close new customers, and help scale Simployer even faster. You’ll sell smart HR SaaS in a market full of opportunity, backed by strong solutions across the Simployer Group and a team that’s ready to move quick.

What you will do:Own the full sales cycle from first touch to closed deal
Prospect via calls, email, LinkedIn, and smart outreach
Run sharp sales conversations that create value and urgency
Drive deals forward with structure and momentum
Build strong relationships and long-term trust
Keep CRM clean so we win smarter over time
A strong drive for targets, measurable progress, and a competitive mindset
Confidence in reaching out, building connections, and starting conversations with ease
Resilience and curiosity, with the mindset to handle “no” and keep moving forward
A structured, ownership-driven approach and a continuous focus on developing your craft
Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and verbal
Experience selling SaaS, subscription-based solutions or HR tech.
