Your mission
You embed quality into every single stage of development – pairing with developers and product managers, translating requirements into smart test strategies, and making sure each release meets expectations. Automation sits at the heart of your work; build and maintain frameworks, integrate them into CI/CD, and track results to prevent regressions before they happen. You also help teams reproduce issues and validate fixes, keeping feedback loops short and constructive.

This is a hybrid role based at Sandviken or Stockholm, with a mix of on-site collaboration and remote work.
Your profile
Bringing a couple years of hands-on software experience, you’re comfortable moving between code and tests and you understand how quality scales in modern delivery. You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field or the equivalent experience. What helps you succeed:
