Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in AI, Copilot, and intelligent agents

What You Will Work On

• Implement Copilot and AI-driven assistants in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales
• Design and optimize prompts for AI-driven use cases
• Configure and customize Copilot solutions for customer environments
• Deploy AI solutions into production environments
• Integrate Copilot with external systems and data sources
• Develop and configure solutions in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
• Configure chatbots and intelligent agents using Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents
• Develop custom functionality using C#
• Build frontend components using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Collaborate in agile development teams and contribute to continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Documented experience delivering customer implementations of Copilot and AI-driven assistants in Dynamics 365
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development
• Experience integrating Copilot with external systems and data sources
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents
• Strong development skills in C#
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Strong problem-solving ability and structured approach
