This is a senior leadership role within Crystal Business Unit (BU) Portfolio Finance, leading a team of five direct reports and accountable for driving global performance monitoring and analysis on the Absolut, Malibu, and Kahlúa brands. The role sets a high standard for financial modelling and the use of data‑driven insights in decision‑making across the Crystal BU.

The role is uniquely critical to the success of the Crystal BU, as (i) the performance monitoring and analysis approach taken on Absolut — the BU’s largest brand — must set the standard for the rest of the portfolio, and (ii) a strong business partnering presence is needed locally in Sweden to support Absolut, Malibu, and Kahlúa marketing and operations teams.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

The Head of Portfolio Finance – Absolut, Malibu & Kahlúa is responsible for leading business‑facing global commercial and financial performance analysis for Absolut, Malibu, and Kahlúa

As well as:

• Act as primary quantitative performance analysis expert to VP Marketing Absolut, Malibu, Kahlúa and their teams, Business Acceleration, and BU Leadership
• Track key commercial KPIs and translate performance data into actionable insights to inform growth strategies and resource optimization
• Develop and replicate analysis frameworks to provide historical context and support forward‑looking market share and P&L forecasting (e.g., BEST NxT, impairment analysis)
• Build forward‑looking business cases to guide decisions on innovation and commercial opportunities
• Support strategic presentations (Summits, QBRs, BEST NxT) and coordinate preparation of monthly Business Review meetings
• Oversee cost of goods analysis and communication to markets for assigned brands
• Manage central A&P budgets and Standard Cost evolutions, flexibly adapting to dynamic business conditions
• Lead and develop the Stockholm finance team, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement

We are looking for a finance leader with strong technical expertise, strategic acumen, and the ability to influence across functions. That means:

• University Degree or higher (B Sc/M Sc or equivalent) in business and/or engineering
• Minimum 5 years in business/financial planning & analysis, finance, or consulting within consumer goods
• Proven experience in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling, with ability to design scalable, intuitive templates
• Expertise in synthesizing complex datasets into clear, compelling presentations and visualizations for executive‑level decisions
• Experience managing Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budgets and Standard Cost evolutions
• Strong business partnering experience with commercial, brand marketing or operations teams
• International exposure and cross‑industry experience desirable
• Proficiency in PowerPoint; Power BI or other BI tools a plus
• Knowledge of Pernod Ricard ways‑of‑working
