The EHS Supervisor is responsible for organizing and administrating the HSE function within a designated area of the project. The role has overall responsibility for HSE documentation, statistics, and coordination to ensure compliance and effective implementation of environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Organize and administer HSE activities within the assigned project area
· Monitor the Quentic system and ensure that issues are followed up and closed on time
· Document meetings held within the HSE team
· Receive, review, and approve RAMS together with the HSE Manager and BAS-U
· Maintain records of:
o Chemicals
o Machinery and equipment
o Training and certifications
o Permits (including contractors)
o Monitor and follow up the Permit to Work process
o Lead daily coordination meetings and record and share outcomes with the project team
Requirements
· University degree in a relevant field
· Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety management
· Experience from construction, infrastructure, or heavy industry
· Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations, standards, and guidelines
· Experience using digital systems and tools for safety management, reporting, and follow-up
· Strong organizational and documentation skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Very good English skills (written and spoken); Swedish is an advantage
