About the AssignmentAs an HR Business Partner, you will support multiple functions such as R&D, Quality, Supply Chain Management and Finance in an environment of around 500 employees.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and be part of the management team for several functions, contributing to both operational and mid-term people planning.
Job Description- Act as HRBP for several functions and provide day-to-day and strategic HR support to leaders
- Participate in management teams and contribute to operational planning and process development
- Support leaders in organizational development and implementation of HR-related policies and ways of working
- Drive HR initiatives in collaboration with line management, primarily through first-line managers
- Contribute to budget and policy recommendations within the scope of the role
Requirements- Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner in a complex organization
- Experience supporting multiple business functions and collaborating with management teams
- Strong capability in operational planning and HR process development
- Experience working through first-line managers in a matrixed or multi-team setup
