Type of work: Senior consultant assignemnt  Type of project: Long-term  Setup: Hybrid (details shared later) We’re looking for a senior Test & Acceptance Manager for an ongoing assignment within a large, complex IT environment. The project focuses on improving data quality and information flows between several business-critical systems. In this role, you’ll take overall responsibility for how testing and acceptance are planned and carried out. Multiple parties are involved: an external system vendor, internal IT teams responsible for infrastructure and configuration, and business users running acceptance testing. Your job is to make sure all of this works together in a structured and efficient way. What you’ll do - Own and drive the overall test and acceptance setup for the project - Define how testing should be done and make sure it’s followed throughout the delivery - Work hands-on with test cases, scenarios, and verification together with subject matter experts and technical teams - Ensure requirements are traceable all the way through to tested and accepted solutions - Coordinate closely with the system vendor around testing, verification, and final acceptance - Plan and lead test-related meetings, workshops, and follow-ups - Track progress, risks, and deviations and make sure issues are handled in a timely way

What we’re looking for: 

- Solid experience leading test and acceptance work in large IT or system implementation projects
- Used to working with both internal teams and external suppliers
- Comfortable taking ownership and driving test activities across multiple teams
- Good understanding of structured testing and quality assurance, without being overly theoretical
- Clear and confident communicator in both Swedish and English
