In an automotive environment focused on connectivity and infotainment, you will take a leading role in ensuring verification teams have the right Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test objects available at the right time. You’ll work in a cross-functional setup where planning, procurement, and logistics need to align with technical milestones and cost targets, enabling efficient development and testing across a connected ecosystem.

• Lead planning and ramp-up of HIL test objects across multiple car programs.
• Collect and analyze requirements from developers, testers, and other stakeholders to define test object needs.
• Create and maintain a roadmap for test object availability aligned with technical requirements and milestones.
• Act as the central point of contact for test object planning, communicating status, risks, and changes.
• Visualize and communicate plans through clear reports, presentations, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate closely with engineering teams, procurement, and suppliers to secure timely delivery and availability.
• Optimize test object investments, including budget follow-up and cost forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to reuse or repurpose existing test objects to improve efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning, procurement, and deployment processes.
• Support smooth integration of test objects into existing verification environments.
• Establish documentation and tracking for utilization and lifecycle management of test objects.

• Strong experience in project management, preferably in hardware or testing environments.
• Proven ability to drive structured planning and execute deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to visualize and present plans clearly to stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with focus on cost efficiency and long-term planning.
• Strong coordination skills across procurement and logistics to meet project demands.

• Technical understanding of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) or similar test environments.
