Paid Social Specialist at Sellpy
In this role, you’ll join our Digital Marketing team and work hands-on with paid social performance.
You'll collaborate closely with other paid social specialists and the data team, ensuring our campaigns are optimised, scalable and driven by reliable insights.
This is a temporary full-time position covering parental leave from April 2026 until approximately March 2027.
In short, you will
- Monitor, optimise and analyse daily performance across paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Reddit
- Analyse campaign, audience and creative performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Investigate performance fluctuations and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Plan, run and evaluate A/B tests, document learnings and recommend next steps
- Support budget allocation and scaling decisions based on performance data
- Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to implement and improve conversion tracking
- Maintain dashboards and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders
We use
- Paid social platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads (and others)
- GA4, attribution tools and internal dashboards
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) in collaboration with the Data team
- Experimentation and reporting frameworks for paid social performance
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with paid social campaign setup and optimisation
- Proven experience running and optimising campaigns in Meta and TikTok
- Experience working with A/B testing and performance analysis
- Strong experience creating reports and dashboards
- Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken

- Experience with SQL, data analysis or statistics
- Worked with GTM, funnel analysis or more advanced tracking setups

Location: You are welcome to do all these things at our office at Medborgarplatsen in Stockholm, and from home.
Hybrid work: We work flexibly with a hybrid setup.
During the onboarding phase, you are expected to spend more time in the office to get to know the team and the role.
Over time, most roles include at least 50% office presence, with some variation depending on team and tasks.
