We’re looking for passionate, driven, and hands-on hospitality leaders ready to make an impact in a high-energy, fast-growing restaurant group.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, leading dynamic front-of-house teams, and driving operational excellence in high-volume, full à la carte restaurants. This is for leaders who thrive on the floor, love developing people, and are motivated by building strong, successful teams.

• Fluent in English or Swedish

• Bar Manager Take full ownership of the bar operation, leading the bar team, driving quality and consistency in drinks and service, and ensuring strong financial performance. You are responsible for team development, stock control, menu execution, and delivering an outstanding bar experience for every guest.

• Bar Supervisor Support the daily bar operations and help lead the team during service. You ensure smooth workflow behind the bar, maintain high standards in drink quality and presentation, and act as a role model in service, teamwork, and professionalism.
