We are now looking for service technicians to join our expanding customer service team in Oslo and the surrounding area. As a service technician, you will have a varied, flexible, and engaging role working with highquality products and being part of a team that strives to deliver service of the highest standard. Your workday starts and ends at your home address.
Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting and repairing household appliances in consumers’ homes, including dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, ovens, hobs, ventilation units, coffee machines, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Building consumer loyalty and trust in our brands.
• Receiving and completing repair assignments electronically (via iPad).
Competence Profile
• A team player with a strong passion for customer service.
• Technically skilled and interested in solving technical problems.
• Relevant vocational certificate is an advantage.
• Driver’s license, Norwegian language skills, and understanding of English.
Personal Qualities
• Motivated and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Socially competent, good communication skills, and a desire to make a difference for customers and colleagues.
• Structured and accurate, sets high standards, takes pride in the job, and has a sense of humor.
