The opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Project Assistant who will ensure that our customers receive their deliveries of important products on time. In this role, the contingent worker will be a central point of contact between our sales team and our customers, handling the entire order process from registration to delivery follow-up.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Handle customer orders from registration to delivery, with a focus on accuracy and fast execution.
  • Create and follow up on invoices.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers to coordinate order status and resolve any issues.
  • Follow up on payments and ensure that all documentation is in place throughout the order cycle.
  • Adapt to customer-specific needs and handle changes efficiently during the process.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, tenders, production and logistics to ensure a smooth
  • customer experience.
  • Monthly project reviews with management team to follow up on delivery, the financials and execution of the full project process.

Your Background

  • Education in project management or logistics is required, and economics preferable.
  • Experience in order management and working in business systems, SAP is a requirement and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Solution-oriented and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Accurate, structured and efficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical understanding of electronic products such as relay protection is an advantage.
