Job description
We are now looking for a Commercial Offer Leader in Range Area Cooking & Eating at IKEA of Sweden.
- In this role, you will work directly with RA’s Cooking & Eating and RA Decoration & Celebration, while collaborating cross-functionally and across Range Areas to secure a strong commercial activation plan with relevant stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for
- Leading the collaboration across Range Areas to secure a cohesive and aligned delivery to the IKEA Growth plan in an omnichannel environment.
- Lead the commercial amplification and consolidation of the assigned HFB plans through effective sales steering and activation.
- informing HFBs of selected priorities and capturing deviations to plan in the context of Commercial Activation Planning
- Gathering strong impactful stories and range from across HFB’s that strengthens the brand
- Contributing to the work to create a unique value proposition based on competition, business segments and specific markets conditions aiming to gain long term market share.
Qualification
The person we are looking for has
- High understanding of the IKEA business model, IKEA ways of working, business plan process and Core Business Range year cycle
- Knowledge of the requirements of range and product communication and range presentation
- Knowledge in the RA portfolio planning process, how to create the HFB Business plan including goals and objectives
- High understanding of the IKEA Marketing model including the requirements for activating and converting visitors and consumers.
- High knowledge of the requirements of the IKEA Retail system including the barriers to easy buying and selling
- Strong knowledge in the IKEA vision, business idea and our values
