What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an IT Project Manager with a passion for emerging trends and technology, combined with a solid technical background. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, relevant certifications and a dedication for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and risks effectively.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure IT solutions align with business goals and best practices.

Required skills

• Passion for emerging trends, technologies and digital transformation.
• Solid knowledge of lean processes and agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and team management skills.
• Experience with testing and requirement management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

Certification in one or more of the following is a plus:

• SAFe, Product Manager/Product Owner, PMPO.
• Professional Scrum Master Certification.
• Professional Agile Certification.
• Digital Transformation.
• Scrum, Lean, or Kanban.
• PMI, PMP Project Management.
