How You’ll Make an Impact
- Review and analyze customer documentation, identify the scope of supply, develop technical solutions, and prepare technical datasheets, deviations, and clarifications.
- Design medium‑ and high‑voltage power quality solutions, including capacitor banks and harmonic filters.
- Interact with customers, offering technical guidance on design‑related questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain teams: prepare RFQs, review vendor documentation, and evaluate proposals for non‑standard materials and equipment.
- Contribute to design reviews and verifications, providing technical feedback and making necessary modifications.
- Handle quality issues with a strong focus on strengthening customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review technical articles and product documentation for internal and external publication, and deliver technical webinars.
- Visit customers to identify new opportunities, support installation supervision, and perform power quality studies on‑site.
Your Background
- A couple of years work experience and a technical academic background, preferably in electrical engineering.
- Experience in power systems and/or power quality.
- Meritorious with experience in power quality or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Open‑minded, curious, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Structured, persistent, well‑organized, and committed to delivering a strong customer experience.
- Willing to travel for customer visits, factory acceptance tests, and site work when needed.
