Vindex is currently recruiting a Junior Accountant to our client Einride. This is a full-time position where you will be employed directly by Einride, while Vindex manages the entire recruitment process. The role offers a varied range of accounting tasks within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

About the role

Einride is now looking to welcome a Junior Accountant to support its finance team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with a foundational accounting education who is eager to gain broad hands-on experience across various accounting functions.

You will work across all company entities, assisting colleagues and contributing to daily accounting operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is willing to learn, and embraces continuous process improvement as Einride gradually automates routine tasks. The position is based in Stockholm with an office first policy.

Location: Stockholm

Main responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and perform regular customer ledger maintenance
• Manage accounts payable and perform regular supplier ledger maintenance
• Administer company credit cards and employee expense reports
• Assist in month-end closing activities including account reconciliations, payroll bookings, and cost allocations
• Support colleagues with ad hoc accounting tasks across multiple entities
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and automation efforts

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and a genuine interest in accounting and eagerness to develop your skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools and ERP systems; enthusiasm for learning new systems
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
