Working as IAM Developer

We are now looking for an IAM Developer with a focus on Omada Identity, who is eager to grow in a hands-on technical role. In this position, you will work closely with senior consultants, architects, and business analysts, supporting the delivery of IAM solutions from configuration and testing to documentation and troubleshooting. This is an excellent opportunity for you with a structured mindset, strong analytical skills, and a genuine interest in learning and developing within the IAM domain.

You will work at our costumer who is located in Solna, Stockholm. They are an international energy company operating across several European markets. The organization develops and operates energy production, distribution, and related digital solutions, with a strong focus on sustainability, security, and long-term infrastructure.

Typical Responsibilities:

· Support configuration of Omada modules (roles, policies, simple workflows)

· Assist in implementing request/approval workflows and forms

· Execute testing activities (provisioning, synchronization, recertification)

· Perform initial troubleshooting steps (reading logs, identifying basic issues)

· Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and handover materials

· Maintain attribute mappings, basic connector settings, and identity information

Being a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent

Nexer Tech Talent specialize in giving tech talents the ultimate start in their careers. For this role, you will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent but work at our costumer in Solna, Stockholm starting.

You will be coached by a mentor and by a consultant manager at Nexer Tech Talent. After successful completion of the consulting assignment, the intention is that you will be offered employment at our costumer.

Desired qualifications:

· Bachlor's och Master's degree within an relevant field

· Basic understanding of IAM concepts (provisioning, lifecycle, role models)

· Initial experience with Omada Identity or similar IAM solutions

· Basic skills in SQL (read/write simple queries)

· Structured approach, willingness to learn, analytical mindset

· Ability to understand business requirements and support technical mapping

Nice-to-have:

· Experience with PowerShell, REST APIs

· Basic knowledge of Azure / Entra ID

· ITIL Foundation or comparable basic
