TP Nordic is now looking for Finnish-speaking customer service representatives to join its team in Stockholm. You will work in customer service for a well-known technology company operating in the financial sector – in a secure, pleasant, and developing work environment.
The start date is planned for mid-March.

📞 The position is full-time and includes answering incoming calls where you analyze customers’ situations and resolve them quickly, with commitment and a customer-oriented approach.
💻 Previous experience with different software and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are considered an advantage.

You appreciate an energetic work environment and see problems as exciting challenges. Swedish language skills are not a requirement, but they are considered an advantage.
