We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Web Experience team within our Soundtrack product area. From music adaptation tools, to audio/video editors, to voiceovers, the Web Experience team builds cutting-edge, AI-powered user experiences to help creators effortlessly soundtrack their content. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be a technical pillar for the team, providing the architectural vision and the hands-on expertise needed to ensure the long-term health and evolution of our soundtracking features. We’re looking for a leader and a collaborator. You aren't just an expert in React; you’re someone who thrives on mentoring others, refining engineering standards, and bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and intuitive user experiences. You take ownership of the "how" and "why" behind our technical decisions, ensuring our web application remains scalable as we grow.

• Lead & Architect: Drive the technical direction of soundtracking features together with the team, ensuring we build scalable, maintainable, and performant frontend systems.

• Mentor & Multiply: Actively mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural workshops to elevate the team's collective skill set.

• Cross-Functional Strategy: Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure technical feasibility is baked into the roadmap.

• Technical Excellence: Champion best practices in modular design, testing, and documentation, keeping our codebase healthy and our deployment pipelines efficient.

• Performance & Reliability: Take a proactive approach to monitoring and optimizing the web application, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

• Expertise: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a deep mastery of React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Leadership: Proven experience leading complex projects from concept to deployment and a track record of mentoring other engineers.

• Systems Thinking: A strong ability to design modular systems and an understanding of how frontend architecture impacts the broader ecosystem.

• Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Web Media Proficiency: Experience working with technologies such as the Web Audio API, WebGL, and video codecs.

• Full-Stack Fluency: Experience with backend frameworks or deep knowledge of GraphQL.

• Tooling & Infrastructure: Experience managing monorepos, compilers/bundlers, and sophisticated CI/CD pipelines.

• Product Growth: Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
