We are looking for an experienced Infotainment Test Engineer who will combine hands-on verification with test lead responsibility in an automotive environment. The focus is primarily functional verification of infotainment features, executed both in bench setups and in vehicles. The role also includes leading and coordinating daily verification work within the infotainment test team, with regular test expeditions as a natural part of the assignment.

The verification scope covers key infotainment domains such as Navigation, Connectivity & Telematics, Radio/DAB, Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, Voice Assistant, UX/UI, Digital Key, Mobile App, and App Store/Apps.

• Contribute to implementing agreed verification strategies, plans, and test activities for infotainment systems
• Perform functional and system-level testing of infotainment features
• Design, develop, maintain, and review test cases
• Execute tests in bench environments and in vehicles
• Review test basis, requirements, and test cases to ensure strong verification coverage
• Track, analyze, and report test results, deviations, defects, and verification risks to stakeholders
• Participate in vehicle-based validation during test expeditions in different markets and environments
• Drive continuous improvement in test methods, tools, automation, and efficiency
• Contribute to and maintain verification plans and test strategies within the infotainment area
• Lead and coordinate daily verification activities within the infotainment test team
• Support prioritization, planning, follow-up, and escalation when needed
• Coach and support test engineers in daily work and test execution
• Report test status, progress, and verification risks to management and project stakeholders

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar technical education
• At least 6 years of experience within automotive and/or infotainment testing
• Strong test analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience with test case design techniques and structured verification approaches
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
• Valid driving license
• Experience coordinating or leading verification activities within infotainment or automotive systems
• Ability to plan, structure, and follow up test activities at team level
• Experience reporting test status and verification risks to stakeholders and management

• ISTQB Advanced Test Management certification (or similar)
