Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Professional
What You Will Work On
- Lead procurement activities for direct and indirect operations, including materials, services, and equipment
- Drive sourcing and supplier selection processes for manufacturing, construction, and operational needs
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with suppliers and contractors
- Manage order execution, contract administration, and supplier performance
- Contribute to and execute strategic sourcing initiatives and category strategies
- Support procurement activities within large CAPEX and construction projects
- Coordinate procurement processes across multiple locations and stakeholders
- Manage procurement-related projects independently with limited supervision
- Coach and review work performed by junior procurement professionals
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in procurement within large-scale CAPEX construction projects
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management
- Track record of developing and implementing global category strategies
- Strong understanding of technical procurement categories, including:
- Construction and building services
- Process equipment
- Technical contractors and industrial services
- Ability to manage complex procurement challenges and multiple stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Swedish (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel as required
