The Technical Training and Content Development Team is looking for a Technical Training Engineer to create, deliver and maintain technical training and educational materials. What will you do as Technical Training Engineer? Together with the Technical Training and Content Development Team, your main responsibility is to transfer technical knowledge on our products and solutions to internal sales and technical teams. We deliver technical knowledge in form of hands-on workshops, online learning modules, internal conferences, and technical documents. As a Technical Training Engineer you will play a vital role in enabling the success of our team by focusing on but not limited to hands-on training delivery. These training topics cover Axis technologies, products, solutions, internal tools, and cross-portfolio offerings. You will be a part of different cross-functional groups and coordinate activities between technical experts, marketing, sales, and other training teams to deliver high-impact technical training to the sales organization. Your responsibilities will include: * Develop and maintain technical training materials in various formats together with various stakeholders * Delivering/mentoring training to groups of Sales Engineers for 8-12 weeks a year * Hosting internal technical training events * Proactively work with other Axis teams responsible for learning materials (such as Academy, Product Introduction Management, etc.) and develop scalable learning concepts & training paths * Track and report on KPIs associated with training & knowledge transfer Who are we looking for? We believe that you are passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, with a good understanding of developing technical training content for a global audience. You are a creative thinker with a strong pedagogical focus, capable of making complex things easy to understand. You are curious about new learning formats and technologies to ensure excellent learning experiences. While the role includes some administrative components, qualities such as accuracy, creativity, and independent problem-solving are essential. You have: * Strong drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results * Openness to new initiatives and ability to navigate through changes * Willingness to take on challenges and a learning mindset * Strong technical background with curiosity about technology and a hands-on approach * Strong communication and superb interpersonal skills * Project management and cross-functional project leadership experience * Service-minded attitude and a team player * Excellent English skills (written and spoken) and a clear communicator with an engaging public speaking ability * Proven experience in instructional design, facilitation & curriculum development * Ability to understand and retain complex concepts, as well as document and articulate them in ways that are easy to absorb We'd love to hear that you have: * Experience with SharePoint * Experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Storyline, Captivate) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) * Proven track record in face-to-face and eLearning training * Experience with AI based content development tools * Product expertise across the Axis portfolio including a solutions-mindset * Understanding how products integrate & function in real-world deployments * Understanding of challenges and complexity of a sales process * Good understanding of Axis structure * Willingness to travel up to 4 weeks per year * IT networking skills What Axis has to offer?
