Assignment Description

We are looking for a Functional Analyst – Manufacturing Systems

What You Will Work On

• Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for production and data mapping
• Mapping and improving business and manufacturing processes
• Implementing production lines into MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Acting as a digital advisor in manufacturing and automation initiatives
• Collaborating closely with engineering and automation teams on digital projects
• Supporting projects involving automated production cells and smart factories

What You Bring

• Experience in requirements analysis and business systems, preferably SAP and MES
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business flows and production environments
• Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional solutions
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration experience
• Fluency in English (Swedish preferred or willingness to learn)
• Experience with OEE, production follow-up, or manufacturing KPIs is a plus
• Programming or scripting experience (Python, Excel VBA) is meritorious
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage
