We are looking for an experienced Software Test Leader to take a central role in planning, coordinating, and communicating software test activities across multiple vehicle programs within the automotive domain. You will work in an engineering environment where software testing, HIL rigs, software integration, and release flow are key capabilities, with a strong focus on modern ways of working supported by Continuous Integration.

The role suits someone who enjoys coaching and enabling teams, driving alignment across stakeholders, and leading with an agile mindset to secure high-quality software deliveries at all integration levels.

• Identify testing needs for new vehicle programs and create overall software test plans.
• Define, communicate, and align verification purpose, test environments, and test scope across integration levels.
• Drive continuous improvements to increase testing effectiveness.
• Facilitate and drive test analysis for features and functionalities.
• Lead test automation initiatives to strengthen Continuous Integration.
• Evaluate and select tools and frameworks to improve test automation efficiency.
• Track the quality of automated test cases and initiate improvement actions.
• Monitor and communicate test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve alignment and test coverage across integration levels.
• Contribute early input in discussions about new features and changes to support test object updates.
• Support teams in securing adequate test environments prior to verification activities.
• Summarize and report test results across integration and release phases.
• Support updates to the Test Policy in line with organizational directives.
• Support refinement of the Test Strategy across vehicle platforms.

• Solid experience in software integration and verification.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD.
• Engineering background (university degree or equivalent professional experience) in Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Documented leadership capability, with the ability to lead through influence and collaboration.
• Experience in automotive software engineering, including verification and validation.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

• Knowledge of product development processes.
