Senior Agentic AI Developer
We are looking for a senior consultant with strong expertise in agentic AI for an assignment within autonomous transportation systems.
The assignment involves further development and implementation of AI-based workflows that support operations, development, and analysis in an organization working with advanced, data-driven systems.
The role includes contributing to the implementation of several already identified and established use cases where AI agents are used to automate and orchestrate well-defined workflows.
The solutions will be integrated with internal systems and data, and will leverage modern LLM-based platforms.
Example Areas of Responsibility
- Development and implementation of agent-based AI solutions for process automation and decision support
- Working with data analysis, algorithm development, and software components within autonomous systems
- Integration of AI solutions that enhance the value of operational data products
- Participation in the design and development of data pipelines and streaming architectures
- Collaboration in cross-functional teams and knowledge sharing within the AI domain
Use Cases Addressed by the Assignment
- Automated support for operational case handling, including classification, context gathering, and decision support
- Rapid triage of safety-related incidents based on telemetry and historical incident data
- Automated test and report generation with traceability to source systems
- Support for test analysis and coverage analysis, focusing on requirements, test results, and gap identification
Desired Competence Profile
- Proven experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions
- Strong theoretical and practical background in machine learning, data analysis, and statistics
- Very strong Python skills for AI- and data-related development
- Experience working with large-scale data platforms and data pipelines
- Solid understanding of cloud-based environments and event-driven systems
- Experience in related AI domains such as planning, generative AI, knowledge representation, or autonomous systems is considered a plus
