Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Business/Data Analyst

What you will work on

Test Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute test activities related to the implementation of new credit risk models
• Design and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Follow up on test results, deviations, and defects

Data Analysis & Validation

• Analyse and validate large and complex data sets
• Perform data-driven testing and result verification
• Work extensively with data stored in a Teradata environment

Risk Models & Credit Risk

• Support the introduction and validation of IRB credit risk models
• Contribute to calculations of portfolio risk and expected credit losses
• Ensure data and model outputs meet regulatory and business requirements

Collaboration & Quality Assurance

• Work closely with product owners and development teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and quality assurance
• Support requirements analysis and documentation when needed

What you bring

Experience & Background

• Senior experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst in complex IT and business environments
• Extensive experience in test planning and execution
• Experience working in regulated or data-intensive environments

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Very strong SQL skills, preferably with Teradata or similar data platforms
• Proven ability to analyse large and complex data sets
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Good technical understanding enabling close collaboration with developers

Ways of Working & Communication

• Ability to balance detailed analysis with a holistic business perspective
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration ability
• Very good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
