Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Service Portfolio Manager
What you will work on
- Own and manage the global Service Contracts portfolio
- Develop, promote, roll out, support, and follow up on service contracts
- Identify market opportunities and define new service strategies
- Develop service value propositions and targeted feature sets
- Define commercial and pricing strategies for service offerings
- Govern and monitor service competitiveness, performance, and revenue
- Interpret and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Establish operational plans within the services management area
- Develop and implement new products, processes, standards, and ways of working
- Communicate and collaborate closely with senior leadership
- Work cross-functionally with service offer managers, service market managers, and global technology stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders across international business clusters
What you bring
- 10+ years of relevant experience within Services Management, Service Ownership, or similar roles
- Proven experience managing service portfolios and service lifecycle development
- Strong background in commercial models, pricing strategies, and revenue management
- Experience identifying and developing new service offerings and market strategies
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements affecting services
- Experience working at an expert or senior strategic level
- Ability to establish and execute operational and strategic plans
- Strong communication skills and experience interacting with leadership
- Ability to work effectively in complex, global, and cross-functional environments
