Assignment start: February 2026 Assignment end: January 2028 Location: Gothenburg Position: Fulltime, 50% remote About the Role We are looking for an experienced M365 & IAM Engineer/Developer to join a Collaboration Services team responsible for Microsoft 365 and enterprise identity platforms. The role focuses on building and operating a secure, scalable, and well-automated environment across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID, supporting internal collaboration and identity services. You will work in an agile DevOps team with end-to-end responsibility, covering development, improvement, operations, and support. The team prioritizes automation, event-driven solutions, and self-service capabilities to reduce manual work and improve reliability and user experience.   Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory services in a secure and scalable way. Build event-driven integrations between identity platforms, HR systems, and ITSM tools. Automate identity and collaboration workflows using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps. Develop and maintain solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform, with a strong focus on security and governance. Operate and support hybrid identity environments integrating on-prem Active Directory with Entra ID. Apply Infrastructure as Code and GitOps principles to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments. Use GitHub Actions for version control, automation, and deployment pipelines. Contribute to continuous improvement of collaboration and IAM platforms using DevOps practices.

Who we are looking for 
We are looking for someone who has a strong technical background in Microsoft platforms and identity services and prefer automation over manual processes. We would like to see that you are comfortable working close to both operations and development and take ownership of the full lifecycle of the services you work with.

Required Experience

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and platform configuration.
- Solid knowledge of identity and access management, including Active Directory and Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or comparable serverless technologies.
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g. GitHub Actions).
- Experience integrating enterprise systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
 
Meriting Experience
- Experience integrating HR systems such as SuccessFactors and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Experience with Power Platform development.
- Familiarity with hybrid and enterprise IT environments.
