Role Summary

As a Technical Project Manager, you lead projects from early feasibility studies through installation, commissioning, documentation, and final handover. You ensure that project goals are met within agreed quality, time, and budget. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you coordinate resources, clarify goals, manage risks, and keep all stakeholders informed. You also develop technical solutions, prepare documentation, plan testing, support optimization efforts, and stay updated on project management methods, systems, and tools.

Main Accountabilities

• Lead projects through all phases, ensuring delivery according to scope, quality, time, and budget.
• Identify and allocate internal project resources together with line managers and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Develop and document technical solutions, feasibility studies, and supporting materials such as specifications and investment proposals.
• Manage installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of equipment to production and maintenance.
• Maintain clear project documentation, communicate status to sponsors and steering groups, and ensure questions and risks are addressed.
• Drive improvements by updating technical documentation, supporting optimization activities, and monitoring relevant technical developments.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project processes, tools, and ways of working.

Who You Are

• You bring strong technical knowledge, solid computer skills (MS Office), and are comfortable working in both Swedish and English.
• You understand key company processes, project models, safety requirements (BAM/SAM), and improvement methods such as LEAN.
• You have experience in project management and leadership, and you are familiar with industrial tools like TPU, TQM, Six Sigma or Open+.
• You work in a structured way and can coordinate or delegate multiple activities while keeping momentum.
• You are communicative, inclusive, approachable, and able to build trust—skilled at conveying messages clearly and collaborating across teams.
• You are curious about technology and innovation, and you bring energy and enthusiasm that motivates and engages project participants.
