About the Role
As QA Lead, you will play a important role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards and focus on corrective and preventive actions of internal production deviations.
You will also lead our ISO 9001:2015 work, and together with Head of EHS, support the management systems 9001/14001, since it’s effective to coordinate Quality and Environmental activities in the same way.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining ISO systems ensuring adherence to certification requirements.
- Monitoring and review verifications of internal corrective actions
- KPI reporting in line with requirements.
- Providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory demands.
- Change management in production
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to establish robust management systems and drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
We are searching for a results-driven professional who brings expertise and enthusiasm to the role.
The ideal candidate has:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quality management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience of hi-tech manufacturing environments, with a preference for backgrounds in semiconductor or medical industry.
- Proven leadership in establishing and managing QA programs and systems.
- Experience conducting internal audits and leading QA-related training sessions.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
