As our Food and Beverage Coordinator, you are a key contributor to the hotel’s culinary identity and guest experience. You support the Food and Beverage leadership team in delivering seamless daily operations while also playing an important role in financial control, coordination, and development across all F&B outlets.
This role sits at the heart of the operation. You work closely with the F&B Manager, culinary leaders, service supervisors, and supporting departments to ensure that every detail, from everyday service to large scale events, is executed with precision, quality, and a genuine sense of hospitality.

Your responsibilities:
Operational excellence
• Coordinate daily F&B operations across all outlets together with the leadership team
• Ensure service standards reflect the hotel’s profile and brand
• Analyse sales and profitability trends and provide monthly insights and efficiency recommendations
Events and guest experience
• Support the planning and execution of F&B driven events and activations
• Implement the F&B elements of room packages
Administrative and logistical coordination
• Act as operational support for scheduling, inventory control, and end of month reporting
• Maintain recipes, products, and purchasing data in Hops
• Coordinate deliveries, menus, and promotional materials
• Ensure contracts and performance standards for F&B equipment are up to date
Vendor relations and cost management
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Support purchasing, pricing control, and cost optimisation initiatives
Team collaboration and culture
• Strengthen collaboration between kitchen and service teams
• Contribute to internal communication, presentations, and a culture of service excellence
Your qualifications
• You have proven experience from hospitality, restaurants, events, or other premium service environments
• You have a strong and natural sense of service and guest focus
• You are highly organized with clear and professional communication skills
• You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high expectations
• Knowledge of gastronomy, wine, beverages, and bar service is an advantage
• You are calm, detail oriented, and confident in guest interactions
• You are professionally fluent in both English and Swedish
