In this role, you will enable and accelerate system test automation together with a cross-functional team. You will combine strong test automation expertise with AI knowledge to help ensure high-quality software artefacts and establish quality KPIs that provide continuous feedback and improvement.

• Drive a high level of automation across system test activities
• Develop and evolve the test automation framework together with the team
• Explore possibilities to auto-generate system tests using AI
• Analyze logs and create traffic scenarios based on log data
• Contribute to defining the Software Verification & Validation (V&V) strategy and proactively support its implementation in the V&V plan
• Build up test automation capabilities from the ground up
• Create, track, and follow up quality-related KPIs
• Provide structured input to Return of Experience (REX) sessions and continuous improvement work

• Strong experience in test automation
• Experience working with or contributing to test automation frameworks
• AI knowledge applied to test automation and/or test generation
• Experience with log analysis and creating scenarios from log data
• Experience working with Software Verification & Validation (V&V) strategies and plans
• Ability to define, monitor, and use quality KPIs for continuous improvement

• Experience setting up test automation from scratch
• Experience contributing to REX sessions and continuous improvement practices
