Assignment Description

We are looking for a mid-to-senior SAP Cross-Functional Lead / Solution Architect

What you will work on

• Provide program-level functional oversight across logistics, finance, sales, and master data
• Ensure end-to-end process alignment across multiple functional workstreams
• Guide functional design according to S/4HANA best practices and SAP standard processes
• Act as design escalation point for cross-stream functional conflicts and dependencies
• Ensure business requirements align with SAP capabilities and transformation roadmap
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Integration Architects for cohesive system design
• Support leadership with impact analysis, design recommendations, and decision support
• Secure consistency in data models, business processes, and integration patterns
• Support change management by clarifying functional impacts of design choices

What you bring

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA functional design in one or more core domains
• (Logistics, Finance, Sales, or Master Data)
• Solid understanding of end-to-end retail business processes
• Experience from large transformation programs with multiple parallel workstreams
• Ability to balance SAP standardization with business-specific requirements
• Experience working with system integrators and multi-vendor delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-facilitation skills
• Ability to communicate complex functional impacts to both IT and business leadership
