• Develop architecture artifacts to improve business architecture, with a focus on scalability and agility
• Design scalable, enterprise-grade architecture and processes that realize the value of Salesforce.com application technology ensuring long-term value creation and adaptability to changing business needs
• Ensure both business strategy and technological direction are aligned
• Lead discovery and scoping sessions, clarify objectives, metrics, constraints, and risks
• Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, ensuring Yubico continuously extracts value from Salesforce
• Partner with GTM, CS, Finance, and Data teams to review high impact business processes and identify areas of opportunity to operationalize and scale them into using architected solutions
• Lead architecture reviews and solution design for high stakes initiatives, ensuring choices are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with our long term vision
• Create standards, patterns, and governance for automation, integrations, and system to system data flows
• Build documentation, diagrams, and architectural blueprints

Experience/Skills Required

• 10 + Years in the Salesforce Ecosystem (minimum 2+ years of architecting within Salesforce)
• Expertise in several areas of Salesforce and the Force.com Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Maps, and Slack
• Deep understanding of GTM, Finance, and Integration Systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Gainsight, iPaaS platforms) and how they interact
• Ability to translate business requirements into elegant, long lasting architecture
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence across Product, Business Operations, RevOps, and executive stakeholders
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects in international and cross-cultural settings and managing concurrent pursuits.
• Ability to provide actionable insights into industry trends, Salesforce Architecture best practices, and operational strategies
• Proven track record of self-directed project management, delivering results with minimal supervision
• Skilled in contributing to cross-functional teams, driving collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale solutions
• Salesforce Certifications are mandatory, including Developer, Consultant, and Architect
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Project Management Certifications (PMP, CAPM, etc) strongly preferred
