We are looking for a SAP Cross Functional Lead/Architect to ensure functional coherence, design quality, and end-to-end process alignment across an S/4 program in the retail domain. You will work across functional boundaries to guide design decisions, resolve cross-stream conflicts, and help ensure that the solution aligns with SAP standard capabilities and a long-term roadmap.

• Provide program-level functional oversight across logistics, finance, sales, and master data
• Guide functional design decisions based on S/4 best practices and integrated end-to-end processes
• Act as an escalation point for cross-stream functional conflicts and design trade-offs
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, SAP standard capabilities, and the long-term roadmap
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Integration Architects to ensure cohesive design
• Support program leadership with functional impact assessments, recommendations, and decision support

• Deep hands-on experience in S/4 functional design within one or more core domains
• Strong understanding of end-to-end retail business processes
• Experience from large transformation programs involving multiple functional streams
• Ability to balance SAP standardization with business needs

• Experience working in environments with multiple architecture stakeholders (e.g., domain architects, solution architects, integration architects)
