Assignment Description:

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead target-state definition work for strategic initiatives.

What you will work on:

• Lead and coordinate target-state definition for strategic initiatives
• Translate business strategy and priorities into concrete and actionable future-state models
• Plan and facilitate workshops and structured stakeholder dialogues
• Build alignment and shared understanding across business, IT, and leadership teams
• Structure strategic and operational input into clear, decision-ready documentation
• Ensure target states are realistic, implementable, and aligned with business value
• Support prioritization and initiative planning based on defined target states
• Drive progress and governance of target-state workstreams

What you bring:

• Strong experience in leading strategic initiatives or transformation projects in large organizations
• Proven ability to work closely with business leaders on strategy, change, and prioritization topics
• Experience translating high-level business objectives into structured execution roadmaps
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Experience working with customer journey–driven development and value-based prioritization
• Strong capability to lead cross-functional groups with many stakeholders
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style
• High credibility in dialogue with both operational teams and executive decision-makers
