Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Technical Systems Delivery Manager
What you will work on:
- Lead and coordinate all engineering activities across the full project lifecycle
- Own technical scope, delivery commitments, and engineering KPIs
- Track progress, budget, and resource utilization across engineering teams
- Identify technical risks and drive mitigation and recovery plans
- Coordinate system design, integration, verification, and validation activities
- Manage requirements, configuration, and change control processes
- Align work between internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Support preparation of customer documentation and acceptance material
- Ensure engineering planning, execution, and reporting are aligned with project objectives
- Drive technical decision-making to secure delivery and system performance
What you bring:
- Engineering background with strong experience in system design and system integration
- Proven experience managing engineering delivery across the full project lifecycle from design to commissioning
- Experience with signaling or safety-critical system design and integration
- Solid experience with KPI tracking, cost follow-up, and schedule control within technical projects
- Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and drive complex technical activities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Analytical and structured working style with strong risk management capability
- Experience working in large, complex, and highly regulated engineering environments
- Ability to take ownership of technical outcomes and drive execution with limited supervision
