Sales Associates – MM Sports Copenhagen

MM Sports is part of the same group as BodyLab – Denmark’s leading sports nutrition brand. This gives us a strong foundation in quality, product development and long-term growth. Our store will feature a dedicated BodyLab assortment, offering customers access to one of Denmark’s most trusted brands in sports nutrition.

In early April, we will open our first store in Denmark, located at Fisketorvet in Copenhagen. We are now looking for four committed Store Assistants to join us from day one and help build a strong team and a successful store presence in Denmark.

We are hiring: • One position at 90% • One position at 85% • One position at 80% • One position at 20%

Training will take place in mid-March and will be divided between on-site training in Copenhagen and training at our store in Malmö, Sweden.

Your role

As a Store Assistant at MM Sports, your main responsibility is to provide professional advice and excellent service to our customers. Your key tasks will include:

• Sales, customer service and product guidance

• Product replenishment and in-store merchandising

• Handling returns, complaints and product tastings

• Ordering and inventory management

• Contributing to an inspiring and well-functioning in-store customer experience

Who we are looking for

You enjoy sales and customer interaction, have a genuine interest in training and sports nutrition, take responsibility and learn quickly. You thrive in a team environment, bring positive energy and have a solution-oriented mindset.

Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not a requirement – the right attitude and engagement are more important than a long CV.

Desired qualifications

Location & employment details

📍 Location: Fisketorvet Mall, Copenhagen ⏳ Employment: Part-time positions available at 90%, 85%, 80% and 20% 🧾 Employment terms: Permanent employment in accordance with Danish employment legislation. 🎯 Start date: Late March (store setup and training period). Store opening on April 10. 📅 Working hours: Shift-based schedule including weekdays and every other weekend.
