Assignment Description:

We are seeking a highly senior Business Requirements Lead to drive and structure business requirements within a large-scale asset finance transformation program involving the implementation of a new core system and new digital front-end solutions.

What you will work on:

• Lead and structure business requirements across a complex transformation program
• Collect, analyze, and formalize business and process requirements from multiple stakeholder groups
• Drive workshops and process mapping activities (as-is / to-be)
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional system requirements
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout design, development, testing, and deployment
• Act as key interface between business units, IT teams, and external vendors
• Support solution design, user acceptance testing, and rollout activities
• Manage dependencies and priorities across multiple workstreams
• Maintain structured documentation and requirement governance frameworks
• Provide decision support by clarifying impacts of requirement and design choices

What you bring:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as senior requirements lead or business analyst in large IT and business transformation programs
• Proven domain expertise in asset finance, including vehicle financing, equipment financing, leasing, and installment models
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, residual values, collateral, campaigns, interest models, fees, and repossession processes
• Extensive experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes and cross-functional dependencies
• Strong ability to document requirements clearly, structurally, and for different target audiences
• Experience working in both agile and traditional project delivery models
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Ability to independently plan, drive, and govern requirements work without close supervision
• Strong business mindset with the ability to translate commercial needs into implementable system requirements
• Structured, analytical, and methodical approach to prioritization, documentation, and follow-up
