The Role

Tata Technologies Nordics AB is seeking experienced Technical Lead to support verification and validation activities for automotive software. You will develop and refine test methods, create test scenarios, perform fault tracing, and execute both manual and automated tests in SIL and HIL environments.

Main responsibilities

• Develop new test methods and refine existing ones based on requirements.
• Set up and execute test scenarios, define test verdicts, and provide requirement feedback.
• Perform hands‑on testing in SIL and HIL rigs.
• Conduct detailed fault tracing in simulations and on the system under test.
• Maintain and monitor automated regression test suites.
• Use Python and Pandas for scripting, analysis, and test automation.
• Create and manage scenarios using OpenSCENARIO/OpenDRIVE frameworks.

Knowledge / Experience

• Strong experience with software measurement and fault‑tracing tools.
• Hands‑on experience in HIL and/or SIL environments.
• Proficiency with: Python scripting, Pandas (e.g., Zenalyser workflows), OpenSCENARIO & OpenDRIVE scenario‑generation tools
• Solid understanding of test development, execution, and documentation.

Desirable

• Knowledge of ADAS/AD functions and scenario-based validation.
• Experience with automotive simulation platforms or test benches.
