Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Support Specialist
What you will work on:
- Provide high-level business support to super users across core applications (CRM, Customer Contracts, Reference/CV management)
- Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and user guides to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Lead and manage super user networks across business areas and group functions
- Identify system improvement opportunities and collaborate with Product Owners to implement enhancements
- Support planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates
- Define requirements for training materials, guides, and learning solutions
- Ensure smooth adoption of processes and tools by end users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence
What you bring:
- Proven experience in business support, process improvement, or operational excellence roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences
- Experience in training, teaching, or other pedagogical work
- Strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize tasks and see the “big picture”
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Self-driven and capable of independently managing work against defined goals
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
