Assignment Description:

We are looking for a skilled BI Developer to join a team supporting the organization in becoming data-driven. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality BI solutions that improve business insights and decision-making. The candidate will contribute to the development of standardized processes, efficient delivery methods, and effective dashboards in a fast-paced environment.

What you will work on:

• Design and develop intuitive dashboards in Power BI based on business requirements
• Gather, understand, and prioritize user stories in collaboration with internal customers and stakeholders
• Coach and guide internal customers toward simple, clear, and effective BI solutions
• Work closely with data engineers to define backend requirements for data models
• Apply Power BI best practices in data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design to ensure efficiency and quality
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team

What you bring:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI
• Strong experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and understanding business challenges
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a bilingual (Swedish/English) environment
• Ability to work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented manner
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI development and analytics
