Job Title: Junior UX Designer

Role Overview

As our Junior UX Designer, you will join the tech team and play a key role in enhancing the

user experience of our platform. You’ll design intuitive interfaces, support user-research

tasks, and collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to bring meaningful user

flows and interactions to life. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their UX

career, eager to grow and make an impact in a fast-moving SaaS startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate user needs and business requirements.

• Conduct or support user research activities and translate findings into actionable insights.

• Iterate on existing features based on UX findings and user feedback.

• Contribute to UX pattern documentation and design guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/Interaction Design or equivalent.

• 0–2 years of experience (internships count).

• Portfolio showcasing UX thinking and design work.

• Basic proficiency in tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Strong communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus.
